vector tutorial
In this tutorial I will show you how to make a vector for a preppy style sign on Paint Shop Pro. I will be using Paint Shop Pro X2, but you should be able to do this on any version of Psp. To make this vector you will need scanlines and the vector. By the way there is a reason as to why there's a pause button on this video, so when you see the text come up don't forget you can pause it :) Please watch this video at least two times through before asking me any questions.
